1. Purpose
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator of Toolkits and users in connection with the use of the Toolkits website and related services.

3. Service content and method of provision

- Most public tools are available without sign-in.
- Some functions, including saved settings, favorite tools, recent tools, and reusable tool data, are available only to signed-in members.

4. Sign-in and member features
- The Service currently supports Google sign-in for member functions.
- Members may use account-based features such as saved settings, favorite tools, recent tools, and saved tool items where supported.
- Users are responsible for keeping access to their Google account secure.
- If a user no longer wishes to use member features, they may delete their account through the settings page.
5. Conditions of use
- Users must use the Service in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, and public order and morals.
- The operator may impose feature limits, file-size limits, or temporary availability limits where necessary for security, stability, or cost control.
- The operator may modify or discontinue some features without prior notice where necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvement.
6. Uploaded files and user-input content
- Users may upload only files that they lawfully own or are legally authorized to use.
- Users remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights status of files and content they upload or input.
- The operator processes uploaded files only to the extent necessary to perform the requested conversion or generation task.
- Users should not upload illegal content, malware, or files containing unnecessary sensitive personal data.
7. Prohibited acts
- Uploading illegal, malicious, infringing, or unauthorized files or content
- Attempting to bypass security, interfere with the Service, or overload the Service with excessive automated requests
- Using the Service to infringe the rights of others, including privacy, copyright, trademark, or publicity rights
- Manipulating ad clicks, abusing reward mechanisms, or otherwise engaging in fraudulent or unfair behavior
- Reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping beyond reasonable use, or exploiting bugs for improper gain
8. Intellectual property
- All rights in the Service, including the website design, code, text, branding, and non-user-generated content, belong to the operator or lawful rights holders.
- Rights in files uploaded by users remain with the user or the original rights holder.
- Use of converted or generated outputs must remain within the scope of rights the user lawfully has in the original input content.
9. Service changes, suspension, and test features
- The operator may add, remove, suspend, or modify tools and features for maintenance, stability, legal compliance, data quality, or product direction.
- Some tools may be provided as test-only, preview, or limited-exposure features and may not appear on the homepage or all-tools list.
- Test or preview tools may have limited availability, incomplete datasets, lower reliability, or sudden changes without prior notice.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- Calculation, comparison, recommendation, health, finance, travel, image, and document conversion outputs are provided for convenience or reference only.
- Users must independently verify important outputs before using them for contracts, submissions, medical decisions, legal matters, financial decisions, tax matters, or official filings.
- The operator does not guarantee that every output will be accurate, complete, suitable for a particular purpose, or perfectly preserved in layout or format.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages resulting from user input errors, unsupported file formats, third-party service outages, browser/device compatibility issues, or external data-source limitations.
11. Advertising, external services, and links
- The Service may use Google sign-in, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Kakao AdFit, and other third-party services.
- The operator does not control the privacy, security, or terms of third-party services and websites beyond the integration scope it configures.
- Users who access external sites, ads, or services through the Service are subject to the policies and terms of those third parties.
12. Restriction of use, account deletion, and data handling
- The operator may restrict or suspend access to all or part of the Service if a user violates these Terms, applicable law, or the security and stability requirements of the Service.
- Members may request account deletion at any time through the settings page.
- Upon account deletion, member data such as profile-linked settings, favorites, recent tools, and saved items may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and internal deletion procedures.
- Users are responsible for keeping their own copies of important saved content where continued retention is important.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be handled by the court having jurisdiction under applicable Korean law.
14. Amendments and notice
The operator may amend these Terms as the Service, law, business model, integrations, or operational policies change. Material changes will be announced on the website before the amended Terms take effect, where required by law or by the significance of the change.
